While I do take a vitamin D and have for many years, the only one of those symptoms that don't pertain to myself are 2. Getting sick or infected regularly and 5. Hair Loss.
All the others are part of underlying causes which seem to have no effect my taking a vitamin D.

Most of those apply to me. I do take a vitamin D supplement everyday. Thanks for the info, T.T..

I do try and remember to take my Vitamin D but must admit it can be a hit and miss. Interesting topic to read, Joy

It's more common to be deficient in the winter months where there's lack of sun. Many supplement with Vitamin D.
