That is my problem. Still doesn't stop me from exercising unless the pain becomes too bad.

Good article Joy, movement is so important and exercise too especially walking. If you don't move and remain sitting all day you will become as stiff as a board especially your back joints and hips.

Hearing loss can affect the balance & coordination. People can help with their balance but it's easier if you start young when it becomes more second nature.

Simple exercises to strengthen us. I push myself to increase the video exercises each day.

I agree you have to help yourself and exercise by video, exercises at home or classes.
