I love avocados, salmon, and blueberries.
Tonight I am nibbling on a caramel roll with pecans on top. (After dinner) I imagine that is not a super food. :(

If people find they cannot lose weight, look into food intolerances. Some healthy foods, people may be intolerant too & that can cause some reactions.
