For example, lack of sleep may be a cause of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. It's best to have regular sleeping hours. That would be me but even having alone time doesn't mean my brain isn't active as I am almost always working on a project every day.

There's one I forgot .............. thinking! And my comment about not being dead yet: I've been dead once already, I wouldn't recommend it.
