Actually I think Tesco made the right decision, I certainly wouldn't want to shop in a store where a cat had been wondering around, although if he is only in the foyer I guess it's not too bad, but it looked in the video as if he is allowed in more areas than that.

Concerns of health and safety? People touch fresh products with their filthy hands and are in the store hacking up a lung. I'll take seeing a cat in the store any day over that.

Seeing the cat in a Tesco Shop wouldn't worry me at all.

I agree with Spice. I think most cats are cleaner than most people.
