Dad swore but Mum never did.

No I never heard either of them swear and was shocked when my husband told me that dad swore like a trooper, but only when there were no ladies or children around

My parents separated when we were young girls.
But neither of them swore.

Hardly ever and even the swear words used were mild.

They both swore but almost never the really bad words. Dad would say them once in awhile but Mom would check him.

although dad did when we were older but we weren't around him all that much since we were at school and he was at work but
growing up with my grandparents......that's why i heard it in two languages

Every so often when a swear word was warranted. If you hit your head & have shooting pains, Gosh golly gee never cut it lol
